Building Tomorrow's Leaders Together
The National Assembly of Malaysian Students in America (NAMSA) hosted its 2025 Annual Summit from November 27–29 at the Embassy of Malaysia in Washington D.C.
The Summit united NAMSA members alongside student representatives from universities across the United States to collaborate on NAMSA's strategic direction, strengthen inter-university partnerships, and develop initiatives that better serve the Malaysian student community.
Working closely with Education Malaysia at Washington D.C., representatives from different US colleges participated in planning sessions, leadership discussions, and team-building activities that laid the foundation for NAMSA's future programs.

Develop NAMSA's national initiatives, annual goals, and organizational roadmap.
Leadership Development
Equip student leaders with the skills, knowledge, and collaboration needed to lead Malaysian student communities across the U.S.
National Collaboration
Strengthen connections between Malaysian Student Associations (MASAs) and universities nationwide.

Work alongside the Embassy of Malaysia and Education Malaysia to align student initiatives with national priorities.

The Impact
The Annual Summit serves as the foundation for NAMSA's work throughout the year. Ideas developed during the Summit become national programs, collaborations, and initiatives that benefit Malaysian students across the United States.
By bringing together leaders from diverse universities and backgrounds, the Summit ensures that NAMSA remains united in its mission to connect, represent, and empower Malaysian students nationwide.
